Hello everyone!

It’s almost the end of August – summer has been and gone with a flash.

As soon as Lisa shared the sneak of this month’s kit, I knew what day I wanted to document with it! We visited a local aqua park to complete a water obstacle-style course which was so much fun.

Using the to-do list I created a hidden journal spot behind the pocket I made. I then included the wristbands we were given to cover up the wording. I found it tricky to match red items to blend the spread together, but I think it came out pretty well and I am happy with the mixture of bright colours that I managed to include.

My whole page revolved around the journalling card that was included – I loved the colours and the sentiment behind it. I backed it with some of the cardstock included with the kit and then added my photos. I knew I HAD to use the leaf-stick embellishment somewhere so thought that this was the perfect place to add it.

I look forward to seeing what you all created with this kit – it was a good one!

I can’t wait for cosy autumnal evenings though, and all of the wholesome activities that we can all get up to and document!
