Simple Journaling with Becky

First of all how pretty are the colours in this months ‘Day Dreamer’ kit, they just look so soft and fresh.

For my first project using this kit I’ve got this simple journaling page.

I really love the papers in the kit so I wanted to keep it fairly simple and not cover them with too many embellishments.

The leaf stencil is great and I can already see so many uses for it, here I used it to create the 2 large leaves around my photo, I drew round the leaves and coloured them using coloured pencils.

One of my favourite items in this months box is the collage sheet from My Green Cow, I cut out quite a few of the elements and used them over the 2 pages.

I finished by adding a few of the die cuts and stickers and going around parts with a black pen.
