Hello all!

I wanted to try something else quick and easy with this month’s kit as I am a bit short on creative time this month. I also don’t read books for fun cos ADHD(!) and I struggle to sit down, focus and read. I need to have busy hands to occupy me. Anyway, I used my tab punch on some scrap paper I found in my paper basket to create several blank tabs to decorate with the bits and bobs in the kit. I didn’t want to use the pretty kit papers as I knew I would be covering most of it up!  I took inspiration from Lisa’s recent video – use LAYERS. You might not be able to see it all, but you know its there and it all sort of fits together as a set and looks good as an individual piece.

I kept a theme running through the set of tabs with the first two layers – I used book pages and the lace strip in different positions/placings to add a little variety. I then used either a die cut or cut out of the tabbed paper from the kit to add a third layer. They wouldn’t be complete without a word sticker either!

I love the pastel colours of this month’s kit so much; and loved mixing and matching the stickers, die cuts and lace with some of my existing sticker stash. I had some coffee stickers that go really well so used those up too.

These would look so cute on journal pages or on pull outs to add a little extra depth.

I hope this inspires you to have a quick crafty fix!
