So, I thought I would introduce myself to you today.
I’ve told you a little about the kit, now I’ll tell you a little about myself.

I’m Lisa.
I live in the south of England in Hampshire near Camberley on the Surrey, Berkshire borders.
Not too far from London and yet it’s very very green where we are.
I have 2 kids. Hollie who is 15 and Louis 13.
I love that I had my kids young. I feel like a young Mum and Hollie is my mini me. We paint, make, bake and have lattes together lots.
Ade is my husband and is always very supportive of my creative mind. I’m very grateful to him.

I’ve always been very arty crafty.
I had lots of penpals as a child and loved to draw and ‘make things’.

I started up my own wedding business back in 2003 ‘Funky Fairies‘. Where I have a wedding shop and made personalised wedding stationery, favours and all the fun bits to go with. I love it!!

I’ve been scrapbooking since Louis was little and before that made cards.
I also love making mini books, and scrap Project Life and love my planner.
I just love stationery, papers and pretty things.
I design for Cocoa Daisy An American scrapbooking kit company and also run their message board and blog.
I also designed for the UK scrapbook magazine SCRAP365 for the whole duration until the magazine sadly stopped a few months ago.
I teach scrapbooking and mixed media art classes at crops and in craft stores.
I love having messy, painty fingers.

So as you can see. I love making things.

My other big love is Florida and Disney.
Most people that know me know that Orlando is my ‘happy place’.
Ade and I got married there in 2007 and we are fully hooked on the place now.
When we aren’t there I’m always planning our next trip.

Just one other thing.
Apart from Disney, I’m a latte addict.

You will find me daily with a latte, in my beautiful art studio making pretty things and dreaming of returning to my happy place.
