Hello everyone!

As we cling on to the last grasps of summer (I’m not, I’m fully embracing and ready for Autumn!) I am sharing another journalling page with you all. I haven’t had much creative time over the last few weeks so I haven’t had chance to create something wonderful with the kit, so a scrapbook layout is the next best thing!

Above is the left hand page of my journal spread – we went to an arcade warehouse – you pay a fee to get in and then all of the machines are set to free-play! We played air hocket, racing games, dance games and guitar hero to name a few. We had such a fun time and will definitely going back. I felt like the purple bag in the kit went perfectly with the LED lit warehouse and then built the page around that colour scheme! I cut the bag in half to create TWO pockets (we all love a pocket). For the journalling spots I tore the To-Do-List in half and added some printables that Lisa created a few months ago.

Inside the pockets I created journal cards to hide some photos and journalling. I tied them both together into the colour scheme using the fabric strip torn into strips and stapled to the card.

This is the right side of my spread – the evening of the same day. We went out for dinner to a pub I have always wanted to try. I used the journal card and cut the wording out to spread it across the page. Inside the envelope from my stash is some journalling and more photos, hole punched and the string tied into a bow.

A quick and easy page to share with you today but I hope it gives you some inspiration on how to use the kit for other things – I was worried that I wouldn’t use this kit as it was so pool party focused but the colours teal and purple were easy to create with and document this day!
