Mini Envelope Album
Hello lollipop friends,
How is everyone? Are you all ready for spring?
I think the new “Rustic Garden” kit is definitely getting me excited for it.
I recently got to spend a few lovely days with my parents when they came to visit from Germany.
And what better way to document the occasion than creating a cute mini album?!
I was originally gonna use Kraft envelopes but I didn’t have any ready made ones in a small size so I grabbed some gold metallic ones from my stash. These measure just over 4×4 inches.
I attached three of them by sticking the top flap to the backside of another envelope. I ended up with a cute fold out album with three big pockets and one full page.
This was ideal for creating three collages, documenting the three adventurous days we’ve had.
I created three gold journal cards, attached my photo collages to one side and a plain white paper for journaling to the other side. I used the stickers from the kit to add some embellishments to my photos.
I covered my full page with a family photo and a lovely quote from the strips paper. I also used some die cuts to embellish further.
For my cover I used the strips paper, stickers, die cuts and the title from the cut apart postcard. I also wrapped the twine around my album and attached the gorgeous key charm before tying a bow.
This mini album was so much fun to create and was fairly quick to make. Let me know if you’re gonna have a go at making one.
Until next time…
Nadine xx
