Hello Lollipops 🙂

I hope everyone is well and is surviving the rain this morning! Hasn’t it been heavy? Its a really proper autumn day – very fitting for the end of October.  I don’t know about you but my post has been a bit tricky and I didn’t get my September kit until very late in the month, so I thought that I would show you today, just how well Lisa’s kits go together.

I created this page using Septembers “Love Yourself” kit and Octobers “Here’s the Story” kit and they just go so well together!  The new artwork on the papers from Katie Moody is my favourite, along with the stickers from Mrs Brimbles!

I started off this page backing my photos and then using a mix of the papers behind my pictures, creating a cluster.  I then used some music note paper to back a tag, and some of the cut apart pieces to spread the cluster out to the left and the right and some of the cut apart papers to spread the cluster up and down. It created a really interesting look I think!

I decorated around the clusters using pictures from the sticker sets and then finished off adding some of the beautiful watercolour hearts from the ‘Love Yourself’ kit. I took a leaf from Lisa’s book and added a black dotted boarder to some of the elements, which I think really adds to the page. Finally I scattered some sequins around.  These two kits go together so well, its almost hard to see where one starts and the other finishes!
