Let’s Make A Fold Accordion Mini Album with Beccy

.

.

Hello Lollipop Friends!
It’s Beccy here and I’m on the blog today to show you what I created with the September
‘Downtown’ kit here.

.
I love how this kit is about memory keeping, which then inspired me to make a mini album. I decided
to make an acetate fold accordion mini album.

.
I used two pieces of chipboard for the cover and the base, which I then matted with the beautiful
camera paper. Then I attached a piece of acetate that I scored a few times (to help it fold) to create
the mini album. To keep the mini album closed, I attached the grey ribbon from the kit.
To decorate the cover, I used the polaroid die cut, and of course turned it into a sequin shaker as I
love sequins. Then I decorated with the die cuts and stickers from the kit.

.

.

Here is what the mini album looks like when opened. I kept the top quite simple as I thought it
would be the perfect place to add a photo. I used the washi tape included in the kit and decorated
with the Mrs Brimbles word stickers.

.

.

Here is a look at the inside of the pages in the mini album. I used all the pattern papers in the kit for
the backgrounds. I even teared some of the papers to add texture. I love to add stitching to my
projects, but I know it’s not for everyone. So, I added some fake stitching using a black pen which
gives the same effect. All the embellishments you see are all included in the kit.

.

.

I left some pages plan to add photos. Then the other pages I made are specifically for journaling and
documenting.

.

.

I added the little yellow envelopes included in the kit as I thought they would be perfect to hold
more photos or journaling. I used the beautiful, stamped tag as a background piece on one of my
pages, then fussy cut out the arrows from the arrow paper.

.

.

I really loved how this mini album turned out. I really hope you like what I created with this month’s
kit.
Until next time,
Beccy
