Hello! The sun is well and truly out and I hope you are enjoying the lovely sunny days we have been having.

The sunny days has given me the motivation to finally tackle our garden .

However , the whole task will require a bit of planning and taking some inspiration from the good old Pinterest site.

So , I think it would a great idea to document this in my journal.

Remember the mini file folders that I have created on the last blog ?  Well I’m going to put them into use.

After choosing the page from my journal , I started gluing the grid post it notes that is left from my Spring Stories kit.

I have also decided where I will put my mini file folder .

There was  also found a piece of dictionary paper that was glued on to the page too.

By placing the tab part of the mini file folder , it will stick out on top of the journal.

The pompom and lace trim just gives that extra decor on top of the journal.

I used an old alpha sticker book to created the title.

Yes, I know … The letters are of different colours, but this does not bother me.

In fact I liked the effect it gave to my journal page.

I also used some of my old planner stickers to decorate my page.

I  took a photograph of our garden and printed it, along with other photographs from Pinterest.

The photographs from Pinterest would serve as my inspiration on how I would like my garden to look like.

I glued the photographs of our garden currently at the top of the right  hand page .

I then collaged the rest of the photographs at the bottom of the page..

As I clipped the mini file folder at the top of the right hand page, this has covered the “ugly” garden photographs.

I have also glued another photograph inside the mini folder.

I have added a few more stickers from previous LBC kits and old planner stickers to finish my page.

Now my page is ready for journaling.

I will include things like “to do” list , plants I want to grow and perhaps later on this year I will document my progress .

I hope this page has inspired you and I. will see you on my next blog post.

Lots of Crafty hugs , Sheryll
