I was a little behind with my September planning. August was such a busy month, I got a little delayed. I did write dates on post its though so once I was ready to set up my September planner, I had a list of things ready to write straight in to my planner. I find this really helpful. I like to keep a book of post its in my planner for this reason. If you get a date or an appointment but that month hasn’t been set up at that time, I jot it down and stick it at the back of the month that I’m currently on. This way it doesn’t get lost or forgotten. This works well for me.
I’ve used my September planner pages from Cocoa Daisy this month. I love using these pages.
I have a ‘things to do’ note pegged at the start of my new week ready for some important chores that must be done. I have pegged this opposite to the week that I’m currently on, so I can see the days that we are on and also see the list of important jobs to do. So plans for this week……well, my kids still don’t go back to school for a few more days, so it’s still juggle time for me. Kids and work….. And I feel after such a busy August that I could sleep for a whole week. I need to get us back to healthy eating again. We’ve eaten out so much recently. So it’s back to good eating, juicing and smoothie making. I’ve put on about 7lb this past month. Not good, especially when you are so short like me, shows even more. So must get excercising again too. So I think that’s my goal for September.
Healthy eating, drinking more water (less cocktails), more exercise, catch up with work and life in general ….and sleep. I need to feel energised once again.
