Happy Mail with Giorgia

Hello, Giorgia here with a new project using the February kit “You’ve got happy mail”.

I really love receiving and sending sweet gifts to far friends, especially the ones that I know through scrapbooking and through my blog, because they have my same passions and they appreciate handmade cards or pocket letters.

So this kit, full of happy mail related items, inspired me to create this card for a friend who lives in Australia.

I used a tiffany cardstock to create the card base and then I adhered a piece of handwritten patterned paper from the kit. I glued to the centre the lovely heart doily. I cut a heart from another patterned paper from the kit and I adhered it on the doily, then I embellished with stickers, die-cut, washi tape, clothespin and twine: everything is from the kit! I really love the mini clothes pin: I used it to “hang” the little envelope die-cut.

I used one of the sentences that you find in a cute glassine bag in the kit and a sticker to create a “happy mail” themed sentiment.

In the kit you also find a pen to write the card: everything is just perfect and useful to create your happy mail projects!
