Happy Mail Post Box – By Guest Designer Beccy

Hello Lollipop Friends!
.
Beccy here back again with another guest designer project to share with you all.
.
I got really inspired by this month’s kit theme of snail mail and I knew I had to make a 3D mailbox.
Perfect for storing all your goodies to send to your friends.
I made this using a cut file on my Cricut machine, but if you type in 3D mailbox tutorial on YouTube, you’ll find many tutorials on how to make one!
The only things that I used that aren’t included in this month’s kit are the blue cardstock paper, the rosettes, twine and the wire wrapped beads.

I decorated the two sides and the front flap and kept the back plain. I fussy cut out the envelopes on the pattern papers included in the kit to make some extra die cuts.
I also used the paper clips from this month’s kit to add some wire wrapped beads. I made the ruffle paper using the pattern paper
with all the different strip designs in the kit.
.
As I’ve said in my previous blog post, I love sequin shakers and I always must include them in my projects.
I decided to make a shaker circle as a layering piece in the background.
