I hope youre all enjoying using your January kits to plan your 2018 dreams and goals!

I made two of these layouts, one for my son and one for my daughter. I want to have a nice page where I can journal a little note of my hopes for them this year.

I used the Silhouette Design Store to download the ‘Dream Big’ cloud and used my Portrait cutting machine to cut it out. I thought it matched this kit perfectly!

I backed it with a couple of the papers and left it to dry.

Once I’d decided where I wanted the cloud and photo to go I stamped some clouds and stars roughly around the edges.

The cloud papers are fab for fussy cutting around so put a few of those on top of the stamps with foam tape. I used the 2 clouds from the embellishment sheet and will add a bit journalling to them.

To finish the layout off I added a couple of stitches with the embroidery thread, a few of the heart and star stickers from the sheet and some split pins. I love the different textures they bring!

I’ve loved seeing what everyone else has been doing. So much inspiration this month!
