Hi Lovelies! I’ve got a creative journal page in my Midori notebook today!

I just love the colours of the papers! They have a lovely festive feel to them. I really did not want to cut up the lovely hand-designed paper! It’s so pretty! So I just stuck that right into my journal!

On the other side I wanted to match the colours of the paper so I used Daniel Smiths watercolours in closely matching colours I had, (although I accidentally dipped my brush into the green-gold colour…it happens…). I added splatters like the paper too!

I got out one of my border punches out to put an intricate punched design down the middle so there is a nice contrast of the red on the blue and minty/teal colour.

Then I used the journal card to use for a space to put a quote with the intentions of journaling on the paper. Then I used the stickers and die-cuts to decorate.
