Hello everyone,
Today’s crafty idea is a quick and easy one!
I took one sheet of the lined pumpkin paper and cut it into four (almost) equal-sized pieces—because no one likes perfection, do they? This was for a base, so they all look similar in design.
I wanted to create something I could easily use in my journals to document things if I needed to get things down quickly.
The orange pompom trim is a great way to add texture to your projects, as well as linking everything together with an autumnal staple.
For layering, I cut up the chevron pages, including the ‘washi strip’ style pages to create depth.
For more detail, adding a couple of the stickers layered on top of each other is another good way to create depth and interest to your add-ins without going over the top, and still leaving some journalling space on the actual design if that’s what you like!
Give these a go if you’ve got some scraps left, cut up a sheet of paper to create journaling cards and decorate them.
