Adventures in the Sun Journal page – by Sarah

Sarah here today with my first project using the Finding Paradise kit. I love the contrast of green and bright pink so decided to make a page in my anything Travelers notebook.

One of our favourite places to take the kids has loads of farmland and meadows, so the kit colours really set of the pictures. I created two tuck spots one on each page for my photos. One a simple angled pocket to hold my larger photos the other a fussy cut tag where the photo tucks in behind the stamped trees. My third photo is hidden behind the tag.

I backed my smaller photos with the adorable sunshine paper and added ribbon pulls and stickers to embellish. I then added some more stickers to the photos from this kit and my older kits. I love adding stickers to photos for a fun scrapbook look.

Behind my larger photos I added the adventure stencil in hot pink from last month kit and some extra sticker clusters and splashes of ink. I also popped the yellow tassel and pink paper clip in the top corner.

Finally I coloured the trees on the tag and added journaling. I framed my pages with the washi strip paper and added splashes of ink all over the page for a arty messy look.
