I have a confession…. I let my planning slip over lockdown!!
I don’t know why as I was still working as normal, but I just stopped filling in my weekly planner.
I’ve been feeling all over the place lately. Stressed, over worked, tired and so overwhelmed. I sat down a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday evening, filled out my planner and that’s it! I’m back on track again and I can’t believe what a difference it’s made. I feel in control once again.
