Scrapbook Layout “Today”

Hello Lollipop friends,

Autumn is finally here! It’s my favourite season of the year…I love seeing all the colours change outside, crisp mornings and dark, cosy evenings.

My highlight of last week was Friday morning. It was very early and cold but I walked to work watching the most beautiful sunrise!

I couldn’t resist taking a quick selfie in that beautiful orange light. Does anyone else ever do that?

For this layout I knew I wanted to use leaves. I dug out my Tim Holtz Impresslits folder that creates beautiful, embossed leaves in two different sizes. I used the gorgeous striped pumpkin paper for those.

I created my background using a couple of different Lindy’s powder pigments, I absolutely love the different coloured speckled effect you can achieve with them. The shine is also stunning!

Once I assembled everything I used a few stickers from the kit to embellish.
